Every building worker who has completed 18 years of age, but not completed 60 years and also engaged in 90 days of construction work in the year immediately preceding the date of registration shall be eligible for membership in the Board. Also ensure that he/she is not a member of any other welfare fund board established under the State Government. Certificate to prove age, Aadhar Copy, Bank account details of the applicant shall be submitted along with the application. Experience Certificate issued by Registered Trade Unions/ Assistant Labour Officer/ Panchayath Secretary to prove that the applicant is a construction worker also to be submitted. Where the officer authorized to issue registration, satisfied with the application, such worker shall be registered as a member of the Board.
