For all the above benefits, applications are to be submitted to the concerned district offices of the Board. All applications should be submitted within 90 days of the date of happening of the event and applications with sufficient delay application will be accepted upto 365 days. The power to condone delay in submitting application in excess of one year is vested with the Board of Directors. In district offices, all applications are submitted to the District Executive Officers and according to the merit of the applications, DEO may sanction or reject any application. On rejection, applicant can file appeal to Board Secretary within 60 days of the receipt of the rejection letter. The authority to sanction or reject all appeal applications vests with the Board of Directors. Eligible applications to all welfare benefits except Accident Death and Invalid pension are approved and passed by the District Executive Officers. On receipt of the fund, the amount has been transferred to the account of the applicant. Monthly pension bills are also processed in District Offices and send to Head Office for sanction. On sanction of fund from the Head Office, the amount will be transferred as NEFT to pensioners account. In case of Accidental death, Financial Assistance for Disability and Invalid Pension, applications are processed in District Offices and then with proper recommendation of DEO, applications are to be forwarded to Head Office for approval of the Board.
