The aim is to improve the quality of life, standard of living and to ensure social security of the workers employed in Building and Other Construction Works by improving the quality of their work and providing Health, Education and Financial benefits under various Schemes and Programs. The Board is on the verge of digitalising the entire procedure so that the welfare benefits can be disbursed to the workers with much ease. The Board is also aiming to register the maximum Guest workers under the Kerala Migrant Workers Welfare Scheme through the ‘GUEST APP’ and to provide various benefit to them.
