The Board shall consist of 17 members as detailed below:

• Chairman appointed by the Government
• Five members representing the building and other construction workers nominated by the Government.
• Five members representing the employers of building and other construction workers nominated by the Government.
• Five members representing the Government
• A member nominated by the Government of India

The Board has its Head Quarters at Thiruvananthapuram and has District Offices at all the 14 Districts of Kerala.The Secretary of the Board shall be the Chief Executive Officer.
